Visual artist and all-around “maker of things”, Kevin Deck is an inspired creative whose talents promote human interaction and connectedness.

His relentless pursuit of creative and design excellence shaped the daily life of thousands of people during his 43 year career as a design architect and firm principal. Kevin’s design perspective has been shaped by his rich experience in functional design with a commitment to presenting life’s beauty with surprise and curiosity. 

His perspective is deeply connected to the pulse of life’s most resonant themes, inspiring visual conversations that transcend colloquial ambiguities and form realizations of meaning, beauty and purpose from unexpected places.

Kevin Deck’s most recent body of work encompasses transparent watercolor with a mix of pen and ink washes. The figurative work includes natural and urban landscapes, regional subjects, and work inspired by travel. His abstracts spring from compositions found in completed works or photography.  

Beyond it’s graphic nature, this body of work is a mechanism to move people, and touch their senses and emotions through beauty unobservable with the naked eye.
